Western Filters - Shipping & Returns

We use Australia Post with all goods being shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Although it is difficult to estimate, our experience has shown that most shipments arrive at their destination within 2 to 7 days. If you have any special requirements regarding shipping, please contact us before ordering.

Registration and Insurance

All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100.00. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by us to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.
