Fuel Manager Fuel Separators
The world-famous Fuel Manager Filtration system was introduced in the 1990s marking a major advancement in the diesel industry. Engineered to meet and exceed all engine and vehicle OE requirements, this filtration system is a unique, modular system and is highly customisable. Designed for; trucks, automobiles, heavy equipment, marine, industrial & agricultural applications. This vehicle specific kit includes a unique Western Filters bracket for the 3.0L models including from September 2020 Isuzu D-Max and Mazda BT50s. This kit is designed to be used as a Pre Filter, to separate water and contaminates from the vehicle's fuel - thus avoiding costly repairs due to poor fuel quality. Includes very detailed fitting instructions and everything you will need & even where to fit it !

Fuel manager pre-filter kit
This kit whilst comprehensive has been overcomplicated, as a diesel mechanic with 40yrs experience the fitment of the kit could have been far more impressive and less complicated by running the fuel supply hose from the hard piping at the rear of the existing fuel filter around to the input of the new primary filter requiring only 2 hose clamps, then if the correct snap on barb fitting fuel supply fitting (currently a 90 degree fitting) was replaced with a 180 degree fitting (straight out) again only 2 hose clamps eliminating brass joiners and 4 hose clamps and also the need to reshape the filter guard which is to close to the brass elbow .

All goods are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. When you place an order, you will receive a Tracking Code and an estimate of the delivery date for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We can only offer an approximate delivery date however, our experience has shown that most shipments arrive at their destination within 2 to 7 days.
Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.
Returns
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged or are nolonger required, aslong as returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.d and by our records.
Exclusions:
A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.
For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.
For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.

While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded off to the next full pound. We are currently using a Flate Rate for all orders.
