This filter unit is to be used as a Pre-Filter to separate water & contaminates thus avoiding costly repairs due to poor fuel quality.

This kit comes complete with very specific fitting instructions and mounting bracket so all of the hard work is done !

NOTE: This rear hole has two variations; it can have a thread to take a 6mm bolt, or sometimes the hole has no thread, but is a hexagon shaped hole. In which case you would use an 8mm bolt with a nut. The Amarok fuel supply system cannot be primed or bled in the usual manner. VW dealers use a scan tool to activate the tank mounted electric supply pump when changing a filter. Consequently you need to pre fill the Fuel Manager filter at the time of installation. For this you will need about 400ml of diesel in a clean container or bottle.

Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.

Returns
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged or are nolonger required, aslong as returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.d and by our records.

Exclusions: A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.

For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.

For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.

Returns Shipping Costs: While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded off to the next full pound. We are currently using a Flate Rate for all orders.
