Here at Western Filters we like to know when there are issues with kits so that we can improve on their best features. With this kit, we have had our team develop a new bracket, which either a Fuel Manager or Racor Pre Filter can be mounted on. But that's not the best feature, we've made this installation so much easier then the existing kits on the market.
So what is a Fuel Manager ?
The Fuel Manager is a diesel fuel filter / water separator system. Best used as a Pre Filter to separate water and contaminates thus avoiding costly repairs due to poor fuel quality. A Fuel Manager basic assembly consists of a cast aluminum header with two inlet and two outlet female threaded ports for fuel line connections. Normally, only one inlet and one outlet are required. (The flexible design offers a choice. Unused ports should be plugged). Attached to the header is the element, which contains the media to remove water & other contaminants. Kit includes very detailed fitting instructions and everything you will need and even where to fit it !

We can only offer an approximate delivery date however, our experience has shown that most shipments arrive at their destination within 2 to 7 days.
Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged or are nolonger required, aslong as returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.d and by our records.
Exclusions: A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.
For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.
For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.
Returns Shipping Costs: While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded off to the next full pound. We are currently using a Flate Rate for all orders.
