1. Order Pick-Up (Click & Collect)
Customers are welcome to collect their orders in person from our Blacktown warehouse — free of charge with no minimum order value.

How it works
- Place your order online at westernfilters.net.au and select Click & Collect at checkout.
- Please wait for confirmation from us before coming in to collect your order. You will receive an email or phone call once your order is picked, packed and ready. Orders are not available for collection until you have received this notification from us.
- Bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) and a valid form of ID.
- Orders are generally ready for collection within 1 business day of placement, subject to stock availability.

- Saturday: 7:30am – 12:00pm
- Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
2. Free Shipping — Orders Over $99.00
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all qualifying orders.
Conditions
- Order subtotal must be $99.00 or more (inclusive of GST).
- Total gross shipment weight must be 10kg or less.
- Free shipping applies to standard Australia Post delivery zones. Remote area surcharges may apply to some postcodes in the Northern Territory, remote Western Australia, and far north Queensland — if a surcharge applies to your postcode, we will contact you prior to dispatch.
- Free shipping does not apply to 20 litre drum products (see Section 5).
Carrier & estimated delivery times
- Qualifying orders are dispatched via Australia Post Parcel Post with signature on delivery.
- Estimated delivery times from Blacktown NSW:
- Sydney metro: 1–2 business days
- NSW regional: 2–4 business days
- VIC / QLD / SA / WA / TAS: 3–7 business days
- NT: 5–10 business days
- Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to Australia Post network conditions.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement, subject to stock availability.
- In-stock items ordered before 12:00pm (AEST) on a business day are generally dispatched the same day.
- If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires sourcing, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch timeframe.
3. Standard Shipping — Orders Under $99.00
For orders with a total below $99.00 (inc GST), a shipping charge will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Shipping is calculated in real time at checkout via our integrated carrier network — you will see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
- The same Australia Post service and delivery timeframes apply as outlined in Section 2.
- Carrier-calculated rates are based on actual parcel weight and your delivery postcode.
Tip: Add more items to your cart to reach $99 and qualify for free shipping. Most filter elements, catch can kits, and service items count toward the threshold.
4. Heavy Orders — Over 10kg Gross Weight
Orders where the total gross shipment weight exceeds 10kg will be shipped via StarTrack Express. The freight cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- StarTrack Express provides next business day delivery to major metropolitan areas and reliable delivery to regional and interstate destinations.
- Freight is charged at the applicable StarTrack Express rate for your delivery zone, calculated in real time at checkout.

Items commonly attracting the heavy freight rate include large air cleaner housing kits, bulk filter packs, and multi-item orders combining several heavy components.
5. 20 Litre Drums — Greater Sydney Metro Delivery Only
Due to the weight and handling requirements of 20 litre drum products (oils, degreasers, and bulk liquids), delivery of these items is available to Greater Sydney metropolitan postcodes only, via our preferred carrier Go Logistics.
Important conditions
- 20 litre drum products can only be delivered within the Greater Sydney metropolitan area.
- Delivery is not currently available to regional NSW, interstate, or remote locations for drum products.
- Customers outside the Sydney metro area wishing to purchase 20 litre drum products are welcome to collect in person from our Blacktown warehouse, or to contact us to discuss options.
- A freight cost will be quoted at or following checkout. Our team will confirm the delivery cost and schedule with you before dispatch.
- Drums are delivered to ground level. If your premises require delivery above ground floor, please advise us at the time of ordering so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Greater Sydney metropolitan delivery generally covers postcodes 2000–2239 and selected surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether your postcode qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.
6. General Conditions
Signature on delivery
- All shipments require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a collection card and hold your parcel at your nearest facility or post office.
- If you have an existing Authority to Leave (ATL) on file with Australia Post, this will be honoured where applicable.
Delivery address accuracy
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Western Filters cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Address amendments after an order has been dispatched may incur a re-direction fee charged by the carrier.
PO Boxes
- Australia Post deliveries to PO Boxes are accepted for standard and free shipping orders.
- StarTrack Express is unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Heavy orders (Section 4) must be delivered to a physical street address.
Order tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
- Track via auspost.com.au (Australia Post) or startrack.com.au (StarTrack) using your tracking number.
Lost or damaged orders
- If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly at enquiries@westernfilters.com.au or (02) 9831 1715 and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
