Mann and Hummel replacement filter for Provent 200.
In your purchasing post you requested from me, an indication if my unit was "vented" or not. I checked and found that the lid on my Provent 200 was vented, so I ticked "Yes"
.I received my replacement filter and when fitting it I noticed that the lid no longer "clicks" after tightening. The other thing I have noticed is that the new filter also has a vent in it. So I now have a vented lid and filter! Is this correct?

All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.
Returns & Exchanges – 30-Day Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return or exchange goods for any reason – whether they arrived damaged or are no longer required – within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions
:: Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
:: A purchase invoice or receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
:: If you have misplaced your receipt, please let us know. We can confirm your purchase using your proof of ID and our sales records.

For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.
For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.
