    Very quick and easy purchase and postage process.
    Only issue was the bracket didn't really fit that great, was sort of bent at a weird angle to fit it into place. Filter sits hard up against one of the small metal tubes in the engine bay. Also instructions on where to place the drain hose/tap could have been clearer. Ended up having to cut about a third of the drain hose off and zip tie to the rail.
    Overall though happy with the purchase process, seems like good quality gear, time will tell how much oil I manage to stop circulating through. Pretty pleased still with this

    As mentioned in many of these reviews one of the bolts doesn't fit. The bolt in question is the airbox anti vibration grommet bolt. There are three ways to fix this. File down the aluminium insert and add a washer to squeeze the grommet down (a very difficult squeeze), remove the insert and/or grommet entirely (leaving the bracket on a slight angle), or buy a longer bolt (which should just be supplied in the kit). Also the link to the installation video doesn't work, but you can still find the video on the western filters youtube page. Dissapointing for a product that costs $300+

Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.

Returns
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged or are nolonger required, aslong as returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.d and by our records.

Exclusions: A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.

For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.

For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.

Returns Shipping Costs: While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
