    Arrived overnight, well done!
    Installed in less than an hour. Replaced another brand which lacked the filter element and I didn't have confidence in.
    Pro-vent / mann filters are the way to go.
    Western filters handled everything with no fuss!
    Highly recommended

    Too soon to comment the effectiveness of the catch can, but I'd like to comment on two things about the installation.
    1. I had a Fuel Manager diesel pre-filter already on the car using the supplied bracket by a different seller. That bracket went under the filter. The water alarm could not be fitted as there was no clearance between the bracket and the drain plug. Even draining the water catchment bowl meant removing the filter. The new bracket from Western Filters that supports both the Fuel Manager and the Proven Catch Can is MUCH better. The Fuel manager filter is easier to access, inspect the water catchment bowl and drain.
    2. The catch can sits lower that Fuel Filter, but is surprisingly easy to access. The lid can be removed to inspect the filter inside.
    I'm happy with the install.

Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.

Returns & Exchanges – 30-Day Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return or exchange goods for any reason – whether they arrived damaged or are no longer required – within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions
:: Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
:: A purchase invoice or receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
:: If you have misplaced your receipt, please let us know. We can confirm your purchase using your proof of ID and our sales records.

Exclusions: A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.

For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.

For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.

Returns Shipping Costs: While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded off to the next full pound. We are currently using a Flate Rate for all orders.
