Valvoline AdBlue is a synthetic fluid and an agent for exhaust gas reduction in systems with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology in cargo vehicles with Euro 4, Euro 5, and Euro 6 diesel aggregates.
This diesel exhaust fluid is a harmless and non-polluting solution made of highly purified urea and ultrapure demineralized water. Moreover, it meets the highly stringent and controlled production process requirements.
Valvoline AdBlue is produced by combining highly purified urea with ultra-pure demineralised water under clean and controlled conditions. Valvoline AdBlue works with all Selective Catalyst Reduction systems (SCR) to significantly reduce NOx content in diesel engine exhaust streams.

Valvoline suggests using with Benecor specialty pumps.

Application:
Valvoline AdBlue can be applied in all cargo and passenger vehicles using SCR technology. Leading cargo vehicle producers MAN, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, Iveco, Volvo, Renault, and DAF have already decided to use this technology.
The synthetic fluid is put into a special reservoir before the catalytic converter and it is injected independently into the exhaust gases system. In the catalytic converter, it transforms harmful nitrogen oxide (NO) into nitrogen and water which are already natural components of the air we breathe. The consumption of Valvoline AdBlue is approximately 5% of diesel fuel consumption per 100 km.

Valvoline AdBlue reduces the content of NO in diesel engine exhaust streams leading to a more positive impact on the environment. It is non-toxic, stable, and colorless.
The product has been approved and certified by the VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie).
This guarantees that the product is made of high-quality urea. Additionally, the entire AdBlue production process meets the most stringent requirements. The high level of security in the application is also ensured by regular quality controls by VDA Certified Process Auditors.

Valvoline AdBlue Storage And Handling:
Valvoline AdBlue should be handled and stored at temperatures between -11 and +25 degree celcius following the ISO 22241-3 standard. If the fluid freezes, it can be used again after thawing.
The diesel exhaust fluid should be kept in original containers to avoid contamination that can cause damage to the vehicle. If the product needs to be outpoured, use extremely clean vessels, hoses, and stainless steel pumps.

All goods are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. When you place an order, you will receive a Tracking Code and an estimate of the delivery date for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We can only offer an approximate delivery date however, our experience has shown that most shipments arrive at their destination within 2 to 7 days.

Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.

Returns
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged or are nolonger required, aslong as returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.d and by our records.

Exclusions: A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.

For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.

For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.

Returns Shipping Costs: While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded off to the next full pound. We are currently using a Flate Rate for all orders.
