Providing the ultimate in protection, a Final (or secondary) Filter can be used on its own or in combination with either a 150 micron or 30 micron Pre-Filter assembly for maximum service life. Final Filter elements are available in a range of sizes for different service interval requirements.

What is Fuel Manager ?
Stanadyne has been making diesel fuel filters for over 30 years. Stanadyne’s “Square Filter” design filters, with glass or metal cases, are still seen on many off and on-road applications. But new technology and requirements from the market have resulted in a new generation of diesel fuel filters known as Fuel Manager.
Fuel Manager 100 Series
For engines with a total fuel flow of up to 80 US galls (300 liters)/hour, or about 350 HP. The filter elements interface with the header using a patented "Key Track" system, which, like the FM 10 Series, is designed to ensure that only the correct, genuine service element can be installed on the header. Up to 350HP.
Standard threads for FM 100 Series are:
¼” – 18 NPTF; 3/8” – 18 NPTF; ½” – 20 SAE ‘O’ ring; M12 x 1.5 ‘O’ ring; & M14 x 1.5’O’ ring.

Fuel Manager is a diesel fuel filter/water separator system. It features a complete range of modules and features to meet any diesel filtration need. The concept is to provide everything you need, but only what you need, using a common range of interchangeable parts that can be added as needed to the basic header to provide specific features to meet specific requirements. A Fuel Manager basic assembly consists of a cast aluminum header with two inlet and two outlet female hreaded ports for fuel line connections. Normally, only one inlet and one outlet are required. (The flexible design offers a choice. Unused ports should be plugged). Attached to the header is the element, which contains the media to remove water & other contaminants. The header features a choice of female threads for fuel line connections.

I just wouldn't be without this system travelling around Australia to give you peace of mind for protection of these very temperamental common rail diesel engines.
I've used fuel manager filters for a couple of years. They've worked well. I've seen videos of Donaldson filters where the filter has been spray painted and the paint has blown into the filter housing. These FM filters are clearly capped before being painted.
Although these are 2 micron filters, my earlier 30 micron filters allowed smaller particles through which were mostly caught by the OEM filter, but the injectors had to be replaced because of smaller particle contamination, hence the 2 micron installation.
Excellent product providing piece of mind in the event of receiving a dose of bad fuel.

Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged or are nolonger required, aslong as returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.d and by our records.
Exclusions: A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.
For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.
For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.
