  The can and filter itself is brilliant and needs no intro. The Dual bracket supplied is of far better quality that anything OEM on the Ute, the bolt holes and everything line up perfectly and all looks great in the engine bay. The whole kit fits nice and neat and tucked away while access to service the filter is easy. The quality hoses are of the exact length and fit perfectly. I needed to take a little off the OEM hose (maybe 45mm) so it did not kink when removed from the crank case vent fitted to the aftermarket hose. The instructions are easy to follow and accurate. You have to install the can and drain hose on to the bracket before installing the assy into the engine bay. Have fun with it if you have big hands like mine as the space with the can attached is restricted. If you follow the instructions and remove the OEM bracket anchoring the fuel lines it will be easier, but stubbornly, I had to do it retaining the OEM bracket and did it the hard way. Make sure you put on all of the hose clamps and tighten them before installing them in the car and arrange them so it is easy to tighten up on to the can and work on. On the 90 degree bends, the hose clamps may rub on the firewall so install with this in mind keeping the clamps away from the firewall and zip tie well. Looks great, easy to install, works a charm as I can already see oil collecting in the drain hose after an 800km trip.

All goods are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. When you place an order, you will receive a Tracking Code and an estimate of the delivery date for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We can only offer an approximate delivery date however, our experience has shown that most shipments arrive at their destination within 2 to 7 days.

Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.

Returns
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged or are nolonger required, aslong as returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.d and by our records.

Exclusions: A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.

For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.

For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.

Returns Shipping Costs: While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded off to the next full pound. We are currently using a Flate Rate for all orders.
