  I had no problem at all, quick delivery after their holiday period. I can understand some guys would have a problem installing I found leaving all bolts loose to get them all in and then tighten worked a treat for the bracket install. I particularity found the new Bundy fittings great for servicing. I also did a a MuX D for a friend and it was no problem at all. the instructions are a bit vague on both and you have to do more to get to all parts like getting to feed line, I found it common sense. I have no problem to give Western Filters a recommendation will use them again.

  Completely agree with the comments from Brian. Swapping the OEM fuel line prior to fitting the bracket would have made it significantly easier to reach, also the instructions were a bit vague regarding how the fuel lines were swapped.. I initially thought I needed to add the new line to the end of the OEM one, after 15 minutes I found the join down near the EGR valve. The holes on the bracket are quite snug to fit the OEM bolt positions. Suggest either filing out the holes slightly or adding a spacer to the underside of the bracket, as the forward edge of the bracket touching the chassis and wouldn’t sit flush.

  Western Filters great to deal with, answered my pre-sales and post sales questions professionally. The product is top quality, including the hardware supplied. Things to be aware of installing in the Ranger are i) Remove the fuel line from the tank to the OEM filter and fit the new hose to the tank connector FIRST! It's almost impossible to get to the retaining clip once the bracket is in place. ii) For the supplied bracket, suggest using a round file and file the slotted holes out by about 0.5mm each one - it will give you just that little extra wriggle room when you're trying to get the OEM bolts back into place. On my Ranger, the tolerances were just too tight I thought. Overall, great service and a great product!

Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.

Returns
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged or are nolonger required, aslong as returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.d and by our records.

Exclusions: A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.

For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.

For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.

Returns Shipping Costs: While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded off to the next full pound. We are currently using a Flate Rate for all orders.
