Nuline Pulleys Warranty: New harmonic balancers all new harmonic balancers are manufactured by Precision Parts PtyLtd. Are sold using the brand name POWERBOND which are covered by warranty against faulty materials and workmanship. Precision Parts will replace this product without charge should it prove to be defective within the Warranty period (listed from the date of original purchase).
Nuline products come with guarantees that can not be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. you Are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and or compensation for Any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and if the failure does NOT amount to a major failure. Warranty Period: Twelve (12) months or 20 000 kms, whichever should occur first. Exclusions to Warranty: Any non-standard applications and damage caused by incorrect handling and/or fitting From misuse, abuse, accident or alteration of the product. This warranty is only applicable in Australia for product purchased through a Precision Parts authorized dealer.

All goods are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. When you place an order, you will receive a Tracking Code and an estimate of the delivery date for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We can only offer an approximate delivery date however, our experience has shown that most shipments arrive at their destination within 2 to 7 days.
Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100. It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by Western Filters to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.
Returns & Exchanges – 30-Day Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return or exchange goods for any reason – whether they arrived damaged or are no longer required – within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions
:: Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
:: A purchase invoice or receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
:: If you have misplaced your receipt, please let us know. We can confirm your purchase using your proof of ID and our sales records.
Exclusions:
A refund, replacement, or repair won't be offered or accepted if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or have misused the product contrary to mannufacturer's or Western Filter's guidelines.
For exchange, credit, refund or repair we'll require business / personal information and signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product at no additional cost or if the product has been wrongly described.
For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE; (a) UNUSED, (b) Undamaged and (c) REWRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For the successful return of a faulty or damaged item; (a) contact us via email or phone (b) repackage and await shipping instructions.
Returns Shipping Costs:
While we do ship worldwide, there are certain restrictions and conditions on some products, such as weight, shipping rates and destinations. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information. NOTE: Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded off to the next full pound. We are currently using a Flate Rate for all orders.
